 Introduction

GH485 interface converter supports the conversation between E1 interface which accord with the ITU-T G.703 standard and RS-485/422 interface , it can receive synchronous data of 2.048Mbps from E1 network ,and transmit the data to Router or
other devices. The mode of interface is DCE, and it can be connected with DTE or DCE devices.

[Ethernet over E1 converter]

The Ethernet over E1 converter offers a channelized E1 and 10/100Base-T interface conversion. It can provide the user with Ethernet over E1 conversion enabling the user to transport Ethernet data over an E1 link.

It converts the Ethernet data into E1 frame format for transmission over the existing TDM (E1) links and then re-converts the E1 back into Ethernet data the far-end terminal. The device can effectively utilize the redundant bandwidth of telecom operators existing TDM network to transport Ethernet data with low investment.

[Serial over E1 converter]

The serial over E1 converters gives the interface conversion between G.703 E1 and serial (RS-530, V.35 or V.36/X.21). This device provides an economical digit access solution for E1 and fraction E1 network services. With the adaptor cable, Devices can link to the DTE equipments such as router at data rates of 64Kbps to 2048Kbps. User data is placed into the E1 frame, using only the required number of timeslots.
